How Ottomatik handles failed payments

Know our procedure to handle failed payments!

If we try to process your credit card payment and it fails we will try again in 1 day. If the 2nd attempt fails we'll try again in 3 days. If the 3rd attempt fails we'll try again in 5 days. This is a total of 4 attempts to process the payment.

After a 2nd failed payment attempt, your account will be put into a delinquent state and you will not be able to access services (scheduled services will be suspended) until valid payment is provided.

If after all 4 failed attempts we are still unable to collect payment, your subscription will be canceled and your account will be flagged for manual follow-up by a live person and possible removal from the Ottomatik systems.

At any time you may re-activate your account by logging in and providing valid payment details.

If your account determined to be abandoned we will remove it from our systems. This will securely delete all your data from all Ottomatik systems, however, your cloud storage account and the backups placed there by Ottomatik will be untouched.
